Power Siphon stacking INT or STR??

Hi all,

I was looking into Power Siphon and saw some builds that stacks int and others stacks str. Can anyone enlightenment me to why stacking is better for this gem skill? Is it unusable without stacking stats? Also which stacking build would be better to try out? Thanks!!

Power Siphon is restricted to wands, which have the lowest base dps of the weapon types. The gem itself also has no flat damage so if you don't stack, you just won't have any damage. Stat stacking is basically the only way to make the skill viable.

Int-stacking used to be the go-to but these days, strength stacking seems more popular. Be warned if you want to play this though--power siphon stat stacking is one of the most expensive builds in PoE.
