No exarch invitation after 28

Yesterday i FINALLY had to do 1 more map to get the invitation of the searing exarch.
The last map i did whas with an Al-Hazmin, The hunter boss.
After that i noticed the searing exarch counter whas reset to 1 again without giving an invitation to the searing exarch.

Now i have to grind all over again in the hopes i do get it now :(.
Iam 100% certain since i was already pissed that i had to do all 28 maps before getting it despite the 10% chance of getting it sooner.
Thats fine, its RNG. Iam pretty sad with this experience.
