Blue Nightmare doesn't work with Militant Faith

If a node is affected by Militant Faith it doesn't seem to work with The Blue Nightmare anymore.

Other timeless jewels, nightmares or dreams may be affected, I haven't tested those.

Easily reproducible next to the scion starting area.

They can, for example the attribute conversion ones stack. The more precise answer I just found is that "conquered" passives cannot be modified by other jewels.
It's in the advanced description of the given timeless jewel (hold alt).
