Just repeating general stuff doesnt change that you dont have any actual knowledge on the matter. And that quote is just wrong if interpreted as you interpret it. For example Harvest lifeforce drops just like in normal game. Expedition rerolls and artefacts probably too but its harder to be sure for those. Vaal Omnitect always drops a unique. Etc. This quote probably only applies to generic drops if at all.
