Awesome build, its a pitty creativity gets punished by GGG. If the build isn't in the list of viable skills it is sadly clunky and low damage/survivability in relation to the rest. And of course GGG balances the game around OP meta skills, so sadly meme tier build but cool idea anyways. Good job to the build creator, bad job from GGG.
