Do Einhar's beasts packs spawn beyond demons? How to juice Beyond?

Wiki: "When you kill a monster, there is a 15% chance that a small red orb appears on the ground. If four of these appear close to each other (roughly one screen), they open portals that spawn Beyond demons."

But I suspect Einhar beasts packs are exempt from this rule, or have reduced spawn rate. Is it true?

For example for Breach, "Breach monsters have a reduced chance to spawn beyond demons" (Wiki).

What about Legion, Harbinger, Ritual, Abyss or Blight? Can monsters from these mechanics spawn "small red orbs", beyond portals?

What is the best way to juice Beyond, to increase the number of beyond demons?

P.S. I know about sextants. I want to know what additional game mechanics can increase the number of beyond demons in a map and which is the best.

Anything that adds mobs, the more the merrier. Most special added packs have reduced spawn rate of portals. Strongboxes and especially Shrines are a good way of added 'regular' monster packs to your map.

Other than that you can deterministically get alot of beyond mobs/bosses from "Niko's Memory of Chasms" which you can trade for if you're not in SSF. This will not benefit from you Atlas Passives however.
But are there links to some official info from GGG?

I mean, with Breach there's a line about Beyond spawning on wiki, but about Einhar's missions or Blight or Ritual I found nothing.

Would be nice to know exact numbers too, like "50% less beyond demons spawned" or something like this.

GGG won't ever give that info out.
