Don't see anything that should cause your tree to be locked. I'd email support@grindinggear.com and see if they'll take a look.

Yeah, something is definitely bugged if you have no points available to spend. Importing your character into PoB shows you've used enough to be lvl 73, which would indeed leave 27 total remaining (the 17 you should still have available to spend, +10 future points from lvl 91-100).

Just realized that your missing points is likely the result of campaign quest rewards that need to be reacquired. The rewards were substantially reworked in 3.0 when they switched from 4 acts/3 difficulties to just 10 acts. Existing characters on Standard had to go back and redo a bunch of crap to get most of their reward points back.
I think only GGG could explain why your ingame tree wouldn't match the website tree though. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

" Thanks I'll check this out. Since I was gone so long I have noticed that I need to do some content so maybe that is it. On the positive side I see they nerfed Aegis Aurora shield and I have the legacy pre 2.0 version woot with 4% energy shield return (now at 2%). Someone said it is worth a small fortune.
