Discord Voice Chat Lag

For some reason when I speak in Discord while Path of Exile is open my voice lags out then resumes but at a 100x speed. Everyone is having a hard time hearing me. I've tested it on multiple games & it's only happening on Path of Exile. I have found other threads with people having the same problem but I couldn't find a solution. Only thing that was suggested was turning the shadows to low & that still didn't fix anything.

Edit 1: Went from Ultrawide 2k borderless full screen to 2k windowed mode.
(It seems to have fixed it for now I think)
