Death Aura + Spiritual Aid + Minion Damage Support not working.
Death's Oath -Death Aura with the "Spiritual Aid" node is affected by minion dmg increases from items and other passive nodes on the passive tree (this updates the auras tooltip dmg in game). It is however NOT affected by the "Minion Damage Support" gem from what I can tell. The skill neither gets the gem tag, nor does the tooltip dmg number change or give the impression of adding damage against mobs after trying it out.

allocating passive or supporting the skill with support gem, never "adding" gem tag to skill at the first place.....

That's working correctly. Minion Damage Support 'Supports skills which create Minions', which Death Aura doesn't.
Additionally, Spiritual Aid cannot change the supportability of skills, and is limited to 'increases and reductions'. That specifically means 'minons deal % increased damage' and 'minions deal % reduced damage'. It has no interaction with 'minions deal % more damage'. |

" The "tag" I was thinking about was the one on the skill indicating if the support gem is applied or not. But skills can inherit "tags" from support gems, and Death Aura is an instance of this as "Lifetap" and "Arcane Surge" makes other supports with the "Duration" tag apply to it, which it cant without them - even if the "tag" is not shown in the skills description. |

" Not sure if I follow you on the part that it does not change a skills supportability. However I did not think about the fact that "minion more damage" would not apply, as I somehow assumed it would follow along the same lines of calculations together with minion increases and reductions, but your explanation does make sense. Find it being a shame however, but cant do much about that. |
