Can smth interesting be done with high MoM?

interesting and at least somewhat viable to be precise.

Now, i have a bunch of items (legacy) giving MoM % in standard and i am entertaining a thoughts on building smht out of them, but havent come up with anything substantial.

I guess i will start with the items:


now body armor can be improved from 20% to 22% with tailoring orbs, helm can have 5% instead of 4% and as for aylardex its possible to have up to 14 power charges at extreme cost (only 10 power charges are reasonable in cost). Remaining MoM can come from either scion ascendancy or hierophant.

From above material its possible to get to 101% of mom which sounds all kinds of interesting however build becomes trash with all above gear, so thats one dilemma.

Building something in range of 80%-90% could be more viable. Ohh, there is also totem mastery which gives 5% MoM, but only against hits. So maybe totems could be a thing?

(1) I thought of using indigon on EB build to dump 3k mana pool with arcane cloak do boost mana cost for archmage which when would be spending energy shield since there is EB, but overall its most likely going to be quite bad.
(2) there is also "hand of fervent" option which would be more clunky than indigon version due to need to dump large amounts of mana/or_es manually every 4 seconds likely with aura casting, and there also would be constant degeneration of life and es (EB) due to "hand of fervent", i guess "devouring diadem" with wicked ward would work really nice to counter that, but recharge would be quite unreliable; benefits however would be quite tempting to use on shockwave totems and that 5% mom totem mastery.

Apart from those two above options (1)-subpar, (2)-clunky im not sure if there is a valid reason to go for high % MoM, or is there?
