[SOLVED?] Mouse offset when playing in external monitor - MacOS
I installed PoE today on my m1 pro macbook and played without issues for a couple of hours on my external monitor.
Now i'm trying to play again, but the game will only launch on my built-in monitor. If I try to drag the window to the external monitor (which is my Default Screen), the mouse pointer now has a HUGE offset, making it impossible to play. Even if I click on the farthest point to the right on the screen, the character will still walk to the left. I'd rather playing on the external monitor cause it's way bigger than the built-in. I think I found a workaround.
Went to Library/Application Support/Path Of Exile/Preferences and edited the file "production_Config.ini" Under the [DISPLAY] section, lines 7 and 9 are the horizontal and vertical parameters for resolution. Changed to 1920 and 1080. The game then opened on the external monitor without the mouse offset. |

Apparently, this edit on .ini file do the trick, but I had to this again when I tried to play today.
So I might have to edit the file everytime I turn on the macbook. |
