If you're looking for a missing Atlas passive point, try the chat command /atlaspassives

If you're only going off the counter on the challenge, there was an issue at the start of the league that caused the some challenges to not track progress for a bit. If this is the issue, it can be fixed with the chat command /recheck_achievements

If neither of the above is the issue, then again, showing us a screenshot of your Atlas can help us find what clear you're missing.

The Atlas should have a counter above the Maven status indicator. If the Atlas shows 114/115 there, then yes, you are missing a map's bonus objective.

Maps without the bonus objective completed won't have a gold circle around the map on the Atlas.
