Visually enchanted weapons/Armor

Are them planned? I saw on the trailers of PoE some swords with blue (cold?) glow but there isnt something like that ingame now.

Some exaples and ideas what i mean:

1. Sword with Fire damege - Fire effect on blade.
2. Sword with cold damage - Blue glow on blade ore ice covered blade and water dripping down from ice melting
3. Weapon with poison - Green ooze dripping from the blade
4. Weapons and armors with life/mana leech turns red/blue (nothing drastic maybe) plus maybe blue/red trails form affested mobs go to blade/character (ranged) after hit.
5. Boots with Runing speed leave trails behing characters
6. Maybe some glowing little glyphs/runes on armor pieces (body, helmets, gauntlets - when it will be visible) coresponding with affixes/suffixes.
7. Items with high enchanced damage soak in blood...

Etc... etc...

Is something like that planned for PoE?
If yes it will be to some degree ingame by default or only microtransaction stuff?

Ty for answer and maybe you can give us a glimpse/sneek peak of what you hiding (like with skeletons types in other topic - if the aswer is yes there must be some effects ready atm - only they are not implemented).
:)

I'm ok with weapon glows/effects and the idea of the character leaving trails is interesting, but glowing and shining armor effects are usually distracting and annoying IMO. I always hated sacred and elder scrolls enchanted armor effects... Looks like character is covered in holiday color plastic wrap, much prefer unenchanted armor in those games just to avoid looking like an idiot. So caution is needed here for a gamer that struggles with form over function.
Just please, none of that ugly Diablo 2 purple armor.

tal rasha set!
"We believe - so we're misled, we assume - so we're played, we confide - so we're deceived, we trust - so we're betrayed"
LOL... tal rasha's set was pretty distinctive.. so was the IK set.. i remember getting the IK armour (set sacred plate) from act 2 hell, maggot lair where the maggot queen was.. think it dropped from an egg sac or something... couldnt believe my eyes when i saw the green "sacred armour" text there!

anyway, agree with idea that items, most probably uniques, should have some special animations and colours... not just so that everyone will run ard in purple gear since rares will still be viable in late game (if not more viable - reminds me of d2c), but more to up e 'cool' factor for ppl to look at their own n others' characters..

uniques items can have different art in the inventory? think that would be pretty cool as well..

I am sure fancy weapon glows is something you will be able to buy when the game is released.
Disregard witches, aquire currency.
I raised this topic in-game a few hours ago too (with parallels drawn to Diablo II).

As players get rarer items, visually (the 3D ingame model) these should distinguish themselves.

Many possibilities are here:

1) glow effects
2) non-glowing textural colours (e.g. a rare sword with life leech with a reddish hue)
3) different 3D model for uniques (might be too much work)
4) item sizes (e.g. same model, just certain mods cause items to have slightly larger scaled sizes)
and many others.

This would not only distinguish players from one another thus instilling a vastly bigger sense of identity/customization, but also allow certain unique/set items to be memorable (who could forget the purple dino-suit...I mean the Tal Rasha set from D2?) which directly affects the game's epicness.
