its a different "base", and I think the only purpose of having these different bases (there are three different bases in total) so five to one recipe isn't abused, effectively increasing the number of relics you need to use the recipe



you can vendor sanctified relics 5 to 1 in non-ruthless leagues

Floor boss levels are capped somehow. There are some rules for boss levels. Unfortunately I dont know how it works exactly. But all T1 and then boss in T14 wont work - probably gives mlvl ~77 instead of 81.

Edit: The 'lower tier' is sort of correct but it mustnt be too low. All T10 and boss/es in T16 is probably ok based on some reddit post/s IIRC.
