Ruthless: Do Sanctified Relics exist?

Have done a good number of 75+ Sanctums and got none so far. I have 10(*) ilvl 75+ Relics in locker and some more in use on 2 chars. Are there special conditions or something? I have never done 'Lycia' boss. Otherwise partial or full clears of Sanctum - usually lvl75-lvl77. Bosses sometimes a bit higher.


(*) Edit: And I did not buy all relics from Merchant.

It's a rare drop from Sanctum but a very common one from Lycia (moreso Herald of the Scourge).

that's the problem then. Final Lycia form requires T14+ maps which is not easy to do in ruthless. Not because map or sanctum is hard, it's because map sustain at such a high tier is hard. And it's not like kalandra where single highest map sets its tier to that, you need average of at least T14, over 32 maps.

Will have to learn the Lycia fight then. First form shouldnt be too hard according to poedb. Second form has oneshot potential so Im going to skip that.

Are you sure this is how it works? I thought the room level is simply the level of the area I entered the Sanctum, including boss rooms.

Herald of the Scourge is fairly squishy and does not have mandatory phases. If you do good dps, you can generally burst her down before she does anything.

Unfortunately I play HCSSF Ruthless and do not have what is considered "good dps" in normal PoE. Reason why I did 75-77 in first place (and skipped in higher tiers) is that I dont have enough DPS to quickly kill guards.
And my skill (Artillery Ballista) messes up the screen with gfx so I cant see whats going on. Which means I will often get randomly hit by something I didnt even know was there. The whole thing makes Sanctum quite unfun.

So I did Lycia (first form) on the sort of easiest possible level (67 in act 10). But it ended up being zone level 70. And the (urn) relic I got was ilvl 72. Was super easy. Lycia did "no" damage. Did have all/most good boons stacked though. Would like to know what the rules are for the Lycia zone level. Unlike other rooms it isnt simply the level of the zone I entered unfortunately.

Got one as a random drop in a lvl 73 room:
So tier 6 map is enough.

Edit: For merchant tier 8 may be necessary though.

Got another one as a random drop from a guard in lvl 75 room:
Zero drops from bosses incl Lycia first form. (Did not do Lycia second form.)

Got one from floor 3 boss (lvl 80 area) so they do drop from bosses too in Ruthless:

No idea why that one looks different though...
