Huh, I had no idea GGG had introduced an NPC with whom you could actually haggle at some point. Well, I guess that's one way of fulfilling the game's promise of meaningful barter. Can't force players to haggle when your trade mechanics don't really encourage or enable it, but you can sure as hell make an NPC do it. LOL.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
