I am not able get Immaculate hideout

While I was mapping, I found Immaculate hideout. I have cleared the area, but this hideout did not add to my available hideout list.
Please review the screenshot where there is 0 monster remain in the entire map. Last bumped on Feb 1, 2023, 12:30:19 AM

I could not acquire this hideout due to the bug. Talked to Helena, and she did not do anything even though I cleared out the map. |
