Legacy Firestorm

please bring back legacy firestorm. current firestorm isn't really used and legacy was just more fun.

if you could even create a unique jewel that made firestorm behave as legacy with vertical straight down rain and most important no meteor it would mean so much to me.

i don't care if its viable for ubers that way i just want to play it again.

current firestorm's meteor also briefly covers half of the screen if you target it to lower left screen quarter. It comes straight from the camera, causing eye strain when spamming it (and poe is all about S-P-A-M at breakneck speeds). How did that design get past QA is another GGG mystery.

yeah the meteor is ugly and unfun id rather just have no meteor even tbh.

I wanna start a petition honestly and hope chris sees it and takes pity on us xd i loved firestorm and i love fire skills in general

i remember someone posting a build video of old firestorm, poison firestorm i believe, which was so laggy that was crashing servers :D

i mean plenty of skills absolutely fill your screen lmao

Ice storm from whispering ice staff seem to still use old mechanics with straight vertical projectiles, and doesn't crash servers. Didn't try rigging poison to it, but there are skills with far more projectile/hit count per 10 sec.

Legacy Firestorm skill was my favourite skill.

They should call current Firestorm skill Meteor skill and bring back old Firestorm skill.
