Map portals disappearing while in hideout

Map portals are disappearing for no reason, while in Hideout. Usually this happens after I die in map, and don't go back in immediately. For example, I look in my stash to swap some item, or check the passive tree, then when I want to go back to map, portals are gone.

So far, it never happened when tried to re-enter the map immediately, which is 95% of cases, but happened quite a few times after sitting in HO for 1-2 minutes.

Had it happen right now, portals disappeared as i was in hideout, sorting in influenced items and stuff, approximately 1 minute after having left the map, standing at stash, i hear the "portal vanishing"-sound. And the 5 other portals are really gone. Leaving and getting back into hideout did not help, relogging didn't help aswell. Ritual altars in map probably will count to "not having deferred once", will update concerning this.

Update: Some Ritual rewards now are red cornered, not having been deferred once, so even THAT counted as a fail!
