Freezes you inflict spread to other Enemies with traps/mines

Freezes you inflict spread to other Enemies within a Radius of # is an Exarch implicit on gloves. I know the wording "you inflict" means this typically wouldn't work for traps and mines, but in game it seems like it might be working? Hard to tell so I wanted to get some confirmation, thanks!

That's actually the opposite, "you inflict" means "your skills inflict".

Thanks! Makes sense, I was probably thinking of "on hit" (i.e. curse enemies with elemental weakness on hit).

You probably was, but these work with totems/traps/etc as well. Two notable groups of mods that don't work are: those that check if you have or haven't done something, and on-kill effects.
