Glitch -Attack power gone/phantasms won’t summon/no xp generation

I recently reached level 70 and suddenly my attacks can’t hurt anything (even in act 1), the only minion that works is my reaper, and my xp bar stopped filling. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my Xbox but nothing has changed. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a fix or have I just lost all that work?

Your characters are private so we can't see. Did you take the Ancestral Bond keystone?

Your helmet grants Ancestral Bond which makes it so you cannot deal damage yourself. | |
