Glass Shard accursed pact issue

Not sure if this is strictly a "bug" but I was just offered Glass Shard in an accursed pact in exchange for getting 3 minor boons. How I imagine it SHOULD work is that you get the 3 boons and THEN you get glass shard, allowing you to keep all 4 things. What actually happened is the first of those boons turned into an affliction and I lost glass shard. As glass shard is one of the 17 Definitive Definitions, I was rather upset since it means this one is nearly impossible to tick off.

Got the same proble, I now am at clearing definitive deviation challenge, and after I took this from acursed pact, my challenge didn't change so i think it is bugged. Please change that behaviour of pact to work the way, that Temjin said, or after using this curse left it curses with "used" status
