Singapore server connection issue

Hi,
For the past few days, I am getting spikes in latency whenever I am joining any instance. It was all fine before that but when I reached act 9 last part this started happening. The latency will be below 100ms which is fine for me, but after some time latency goes up to 5k and remain there for quite some time and I quit and re-join. It is ok for some time and then it happens again. I am attaching a Pastebin link to winMTR test. I tried Mudfish but that didn't work. do you have any suggestions for VPN?

" well no because @OP have a local connection issue. In regards to you, then start by posting the needed 300+ packet WinMTR report to an instance IP where this is happening WHILE it's happening. |
