can not apply mtx to any of the mine gems.....!!!!!!

I already own the Void emperor mine !!!"BUNDLE"!!!! YES THE BUNDLE however can not apply mtx to
any of the skill gems ( Blastchain, icicle mine, pyorclast mine or stormblast mine) Only the mtx can be applied is the one for skitter bots... 400 points spent to only have one mtx work........... yes I know how to apply mtx's open Inventory and click on cosmetics tab. Right click on skill menu pops up and shows I dont own any MTX.....WTF click purchase mtx for this slot Shop menu shows I "already Owned" the Void emperor bundle...... Have you restarted the game client since purchasing it?

yep multiple times and I purchased the bundle at least 2 leagues a go....
also of note on the shop page where it states I have already purchase the bundle the single mts for the Void emperor storm blast mine effect does not indicate purchased.... I have other bundles purchased where the individual times show up as purchased as they are a part of a previously purchased bundle.... emailing support :) |
