Question on Mods for Quicksilver Flask

Today I decide to create a crit Shadow build, so I would need the Mods Surgeon or Avenger's on my Quicksilver Flask I would be using. I used up ALL of my Orbs of Alteration which was around 100 to try to get one of these mods on the flask.
So my question is, is it even possible to get the mods Surgeon and Avenger on a Quicksilver Flask? IGN: Phaizik (Standard Character)

It's possible, they're both prefixes so you can only have one.
but Surgeon's is for ilvl 8+ Quicksilver Flasks and Avengers is for ilvl 12+ Quicksilver Flasks |

" What is the item level of the flask? If you're using the one from the medicine chest quest (from normal mode) it won't be a high enough level for Avenger's or Surgeon's. They should just remove item levels. When crafting items make it so it won't craft above the crafter's level.
They could take level requirements off non jewelry too; leaving only stat requirements. |
