Ok, when there is "monster gets X" this means EVERYTHING, including traps gets it. So the guy who said that only small monsters get this benefits - you were wrong.
Thanks to the corpsebloom footprint MTX I have learned there are a lot of corpses in the game world. Mines in Heist areas also grow flowers for example. Likely everything capable of attacking is a "monster", not just in Sanctum. Some of them just have 0 move speed.

Johnny you´re an oldtimer here, you should know that rolling 100%increased firedmg for monsters and 30% more damage of bosses stack in "maps".
I don´t get the concept but i got told thats the way they made it.

But i would bet virtual money if i had any on:
It doesn´t work the other way around when the player gets those bonuses.

For ex:
i found a relic which adds "monsters take 9%more dmg" to the "bosses take 10% damage" and i´m too lazy to test it out or complain. Monsters are everything even the dead corpses. Yes, doesn´t make sense to me.
