Constant Latency Spikes

Ever since 3.20, I've been getting a large amount of latency spikes every few minutes. I thought it could be caused by other sources, but the latency issues I've been facing have been constant throughout any changes I've made.

The latency spikes mainly seem to be in batches of 4, where my latency will go from around 60 to 500-1000, then back to around 60, 4 times in about a second or two.

Doesn't matter the location - mid map, in my hideout, in sanctum - I notice these spikes everywhere. Also doesn't matter the server, it's been happening on Texas, Canada (East), California, and Washington D.C..

System Info:
Windows 10 21H2 OS Build:19044.2486 (latest windows updates installed)
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 (latest driver updates installed)
Hardwired to my router, Verizon 5G service (latest software version installed)
Using Vulkan on Medium Textures, per latest Known PC Issues forum post.

I know its super hard to diagnose latency issues, but it seriously seems to be only POE. Other games I play online with friends have no latency issues.

I got MTR all setup and was going to post results, but ever since I haven't had any latency spikes or issues. Not sure what's changed, but I'll update this if they return.

For some more context I've been playing on Canada (East) and I reside in Minnesota. Haven't tried the US servers yet since posting.

I have the same issue in the Singapore server but during 6 pm ~ 9 pm GMT+8, I experience latency issues ping would spike up to 400 every second for no reason
I have no latency issue with other games just this one.

I second this experience. Singapore realm is out of wack at around 6-10pm GMT+7. Everyday and only happen with POE. Try switch to Japan, which is much much farther away and still have better and more stable ping.

It's not just Singapore, I am experiencing these issues on all of the US Servers as well. I did notice when using WinMTR that there was a server along the route from my IP to the GameServer that I was getting 100% packet loss on, but I'm not sure if that's the cause.

i have the same problem, only me, not my brother or my gf, just me... and this happend only on sao pablo and since last big update (before league)

Been happening to me too since around 3.19-3.20. Experiencing it on both Frankfurt and Amsterdam randomly. Sometimes leaving the map and going back in fixes it, sometimes it doesn't.

This is the latest time I got massive lagspikes, directly at the beginning of a Maven's Crucible. Consistently jumping between 15-20ms and 3000ms every 7-10 seconds.

All this week logging into any gateway I'm getting lots of huge lag spikes. I average 33ms and I'm looking at upwards of 30kms before I get dropped. It doesn't seem to be happening in the evening (GMT-8) as much but during the day it's insane. I thought it was me, but I've got no issues with other online service or games.

I run an average of 250-300Mbps internet speeds, but checking as PoE is running, I'm running about 6-12Mbps. Something is insanely wrong.

I usually stream PoE without issues all the time in 1080P with a 3d rendered avatar overlay and background Music, and everything chugg's along fine. But not this week.

Again It works fine with other games.
