Tainted Catalyst

Could we get a tainted catalyst that sets a random amount (1-20%) of a random type of quality to a piece of corrupted jewelry? Would be cool to be able to get that last little bit of value out of a really nice corrupted ring/belt/amulet.

Check the List of inherently corrupted unique items
