Immutable Force Doesn't Apply Block Recovery
 I was depending on Immutable Force for the block recovery in my Emperor's Vigilance shield throw build. The jewel isn't applying block recovery properly. The 120% block recovery I have is from the skill tree "Testudo" node. Is it being applied and just not shown? Last bumped on Jan 10, 2023, 11:21:59 PM

Stun duration uses your stun recovery stat (969), block duration uses your block and stun+block recovery stats (969+120)
