Reliquary Risen Saints ?

I'm strong and playing about 5 levels below my character.

I keep killing these Risen Saints in the fire (sun) pool of light, but I can't find how to finish them. Another one keeps popping up. I've looked all over while my totem is slamming them, but everything else in the area is dead.

Where do they keep coming from and how to I end them?
