Killed Maven and no voidstone dropped

A very good day to you.

I defeated maven and voidstone was not dropped.

Maven was killed solo and still have portals left.

Exited and entered a few times to ensure there was no missed drop.

Kindly do a check for me if it isn't too much trouble.

Screenshots can be provided of the aftermath(drops) and remainder portals if required.

Try talking to Kirac, he might have it.

I checked him as well both in my hideout and Karui shores.

No luck unfortunately.

In my quest log, Maven is complete as well so i guess it's a bug.

Might it have dropped in an out-of-bounds area?

Did you die when you killed her (and respawn before loot drops)?

Your achievements do not show you having killed the Maven. Are you sure that's what you did, and you weren't just running one of her invitations?

If so, try typing /recheck_achievements in chat. If that grants you the achievement, then go check Kirac for the Voidstone. If it doesn't do anything, try contacting support and see if they will do anything.

Killing the Maven does not update the quest log. If your quest log updated, you probably just won the 10-boss fight invitation, which is not the same thing.
