Hello,

Today i went to floor 4 and having the run of a lifetime.


14 boons and i couldnt get any afflictions.

I have the option to choose 200 inspiration in trade of 200 resolve. i had enough resolve. Select the choice, dead :(

i had enough resolve and also boon that stated:

' the next time you go below 20% resolve, heal 50% resolve '

how was it possible for me to be dead after chosing that pact ?

I don't know if it's a bug or bad wording, but when I've had this pact, my experience has been that it applies when you complete a room.

IOW, it does nothing to save you from failing, it just restores resolve if you go low and then finish the room.

I will admit I've only been in a situation to have this activate a few times, so my sample size is very small, and I may have been misinterpreting what was going on.

But I definitely had one where I failed a room while I had it, and it never restored any resolve.
