colouring taken out of crafting bench

i can know longer craft the colours in the crafting bench. i tried to colour my want and it wasnt their. i thought i messed something up but i tried other items and it didnt show for any item. yes it worked in the beginning of the season.. i checked standard and i had it their so i when back and tried league ans it still wasnt their. i reset the game then xbox and still nothing. Sure this isnt the end of the world but id like to know if it can be fixed without messing with my game...
