How good is a 2 or 3 flask mageblood actually?

Obviously a 4 flask MB is the best non-build specific unique in the game. But how good do you guys think a 2 or 3 flask one is?

The problem is that it disables all other magic utility flasks, so with a two slot one, you sorta gimp yourself a bit in the remaining. Again we are talking about Mageblood here so "gimp" is quite relative
