Blight Map Crafting Option is always available

In the new patch Staff writes about this new atlas buff.

"Blight Map Crafting Option is always available" and "50% reduced cost of the Blight Map Crafting Option."

Where do I find the "Blight Map Crafting Option"? and what is meant by "50% reduced cost of the Blight Map Crafting Option"?

I'm still new to this game. Can anyone explain this in depth? There is no explanation of what blight map crafting is anywhere on Google. So what does this passive do in its entirety?

It's just added as one of the various options in the map device. It's basically the same as Kirac's various league mods, such as Breach or Delirium. The Atlas passive just makes it so the Blight option is still available even though Kirac doesn't have it during Sanctum league.

Put a map in the device, select Blight, and a Blight encounter will be added to the map when you open it.
