Souleater Mob-Mod is way to common and super overtuned as well (since always)
The amount of deaths due to this one mod alone....
And there IS NO COUNTER to it when one spawns in a Breach for example. And they spawn a lot there. You also cant see the Mod beforehand. You just notice it once the mob bashes your head in with mach 10. This mod is broken. Its unlimited on Monster without any CD or Reset. Once Overpower, its gonna stay that. Downright the most UNFUN leftover that still feels like AN never left lol Before AN mainly the Burial Chambers Boss was an issue with lower DPS Builds. I agree that some mods are really overtuned and this one in particular
I would love for exploding orbs to be deleted too, the second i get slowed or rooted or another kinda bs and this one spawns off screen : i die |

Game is what it is now. The risk/rewards dont align.
I think ggg crossed the grey line when they now promote instant deaths (dots lol) instead of players having fun killing stuff. The game has become more skilled but people are already skilled at a few things in life, they dont want to have to learn a new one, especially in a video game. I think ggg has lost focus of their majority audiance, people play games to have fun, not feel worse after loading. Xp loss = loss of your time is another example, your game has become a bsdm fest, where people only want to get kicked in the eggs. Then celebrate when they do, HC LOL. Lost ark servers down, was playing a bit and that was my observation after 6 days off |

you can counter it with a trickster but yeah... thats not the point, it should be capped to the point where they cant consume 500 mobs and duel wield ak47's

I remember Soul Eater being a toxic mechanic since what, 2014, 2015, when Nemesis was added? It always baffles me how it's still in the game, back in Nemesis it was somewhat rare and felt like a meme, so we all took it as a joke, but it just stayed in the game as a toxic unfun mob.
Nothing like having to give up an expedition because an already incredibly overtunned Runic rare mob spawned with soul eater too. This is another instance of HH ruining the game, if they removed soul eater your average HH enjoyer in SC trade would riot. HC balance should be separate from SC I don't care which outdated 1993 game dev philosophy this goes against. youtube/twitch.tv/DESPAIR268

The only thing keeping hh is alive is soul eater. there really isnt another sought after buff. When they took the max res away it killed it in solo juicing play.
