Decoration objects in 'Foundry' map can rarely block a door

The map 'Foundry' can spawn decorating objects which completely block a door frame.
This is concerning in Ruthless where there are no movement skills to get past.

In this case I am able to circle the map around the other way but this is surely a bug nonetheless
