Karst's Lockpicks stuck in inventory

This item(4 slots) has been stuck in my bag for a day now.
When i am at the harbour it tells me to speak to Karst, which i did, but nothing happened. I think somehow i may have done the lockpick contracts in the wrong order, if thats possible, thats why its stuck in my bag. Anyway to fix this?
