Or 100% pen goes beyond monsters resist??

It would act as if a mob had negative resist. So if a boss has 50% resist, 100 pen would treat it like it had -50% resist.

For the records, a resistance (both for Players and Monster) can never be lower than -200% and higher than 90% (except with "immune to damage" like Chaos Inoculation or Expedition modifiers)

" "Immune to damage" doesn't change the current resistance, it's just immune (you can check your chaos res in char stats with CI).
