Elder + Animated Guardian with Garb of the Ephemeral bugged

Hi,

I did a normal elder in the Absence of Value and Meaning and I have an Animated Guardian which is equipped with a Garb of the Ephemeral.

It gives an aura that should, SHOULD allow me that my action speed cant be decreased less than my standard action speed...

... Well. It should. The elder was able to make me stand still with his drain even tho the Guardian was giving me the buff.

At first I thought I may have misunderstood the elders ability but in Poedb it states it reduces the action speed by 80-100%... So normally the Garb of my AG should have worked or?
