Replica Blood Thorns can have 4 sockets in Ruthless

Item base for Replica Blood Thorn is a Gnarled Branch, which is supposed to be 3 sockets max, but it appears with 4 sockets in Ruthless. Probably related to the bug with shields rolling up to 4 sockets instead of 3 in Ruthless at start of league?

There are no results on trade for searches for that item with 4 sockets in standard or in Sanctum league, but a few in ruthless. (there's also one in my public unique stash tab)
