Burden of Truth Crystal Belt + Enduring Hybrid Flask

I thought this would be a really cool interaction to gain more regen, but I guess this doesn't work.

It doesn't look like my energy shield is gaining any benefit from the enduring hybrid flask unless my life is also damaged.
