detonate mines stopped working

for some strange reason I was doing my farm on the Crimson Temple map, and at some point in the run my detonating mine button stopped working, when I leave the map it works normally, when I enter the map I can only explode one mine and then it becomes inactive.

This is likely the cause of an altar mod messing with cooldowns, and since cooldown time is only decided at the start of a cooldown, it doesn't update once you lose the cause of it.

I lost my map can't go on anymore

in the middle of the map it happened

I called another miner to help me do it,
he also couldn't detonate the mines

Pretty sure @Recette is spot on here and then yes, that's per game design of GGG and not a bug.

I'm having the exact same issue. I don't feel like this could possibly be intended. Bricked two maps because of it.
