Maven's invitation the Elderslayer's

My game has been running very well this league no issues at all except for some disconnects the first day. I finally got the Elderslayer invitation filled today and started the crucible. I got stuck on the loading screen for minutes at a time where I had to exit the game and lose a portal. This happened for all the attempts and obviously the invitation is gone except for the 5th attempt where I did get in the arena but could not move, I looked at the latency (I usually run at 38) and it started to climb up reaching over 100,000 so obviously that is part of the issue.

Just to be more detailed, when I did get in the crucible and was frozen the F1 key worked to see the latency, the c inventory button worked as usual with no delay. But I was frozen solid on the character and could not move. I also rebooted my computer between attempts to access the crucible.

I have been running the 10 boss Maven invitations this league instead of the altars and both of the times I did the 10 ways it ran perfectly. I currently had 7 bosses out of 10 for my next 10 way, I don't know if that was an issue.

I sent an email to support about this and they refused to help at all or even consider this. I had expected more from GGG. So I'll try to phrase this better.

Facts:
1) I had 8 counters on my 10 counter Maven invitations. I have run 3 of these perfectly this league. I thought I would give them a try this league instead of running the altars.
2) I have a new beefy computer 6 months old and a good internet connection. The game has never run better and besides the usual first day of the league the game has run great including loaded Delirium and Rituals.
3) I bought a Maven Elderslayer's invitation and did the requisite map bosses and double checked that they were hilighted. Just as a FYI on the last one The Hunter I killed it and the 4th ritual was in The Hunter area which I had never seen before BTW. After collecting the completion messag I started the Ritual and it would not end, the remaining two pillars/towers would get down to zero health but would not die. After a few minutes of screwing around I closed POE and re-logged. I mention this as another possible glitch.
4) I started the Elderslayers crucible and the portals popped up like usual. As a FYI see #1, I had 8 counters on my Maven which should not have affected this run as far as I know.
5) I entered the first portal and got stuck for minutes on the crucible loading screen. After waiting 5ish minutes I exited POE via my windows. I started up POE again, logged in and went to my HO where I now had 5 portals. I entered a portal and the exact same thing happened. After exiting POE via windows I rebooted my computer, got back in the game and there were 4 portals left. Same thing happened next portal but on portal #5 I did get into the arena but I was frozen in place. I would press F1 and see the latency and press c and get into my inventory but I was frozen solid. The latency counter which is at 37ish on all the other aspects of the game started rapidly increasing - I finally exited POE via windows with the latency counter at 100,000. I sent a screenshot to support since I have no idea how to imbed it in the forums.

Ok, a quick update. I was running a normal T16 Underground River map and I got stuck similar to the above situation - where my character would not move and the latency counter shot up super fast.

I was thinking about the only other issue I have had this league and that was not being able to access the very last zone in Act 10 prior to getting to maps. I read online that people were able to get to the zone if they changed server locations, my case from Singapore to Japan. It worked a few weeks ago in Act 10.

So, I did the same thing today with Underground River and when I switched to Japan server I was able to move for a few minutes then I froze again. Then I switched back to Singapore server and was able to finish out the map.

So.....this somewhat solves what happened to me with the Maven invitation assuming you guys have figured out what the heck is going on with the respective servers??????????
