Violet Plumed Glorious Helmet Shows Killstreak Transformations on Blink Arrow

As the title suggests, I set the Violet Plumed Glorious Helmet to tier 1, since I like the look but find the killstreak visuals to be distracting. However, my mirror arrow copy still retains the killstreak particle effects instead of remaining at the base tier. I find the effect to be far too bright and distracting, so this is quite frustrating.
