Invisible character

So one of my sanctum character is invisible in towns and Also in hideout, cannot even use spells in hideout. But All of other characters are ok. Its only happening to this one. Has anyone ever experienced this?

try rechecking game files, some of the texture files are probably corrupted

What MTX does this character have, and does it have any pets?
