Any way to rescale/hide UI elements when using a controller?

Hey guys, happy holidays! I recently tried gamepad out, and to my surprise, it works well (aside from vendoring/socketing). My main issue is the UI is so damn big, it really does affect my enjoyment of the game. My 2 main gripes/questions:

1. Can I somehow downscale the health globe/buffs bar from the top left? Maybe somehow hide buffs altogether?

2. When I have the map open, the server info/map mods take up wayyyyyy too much screen space. Is there a way to have the map open and NOT have server/mods on screen as well?

1: Not possible no matter how you play PoE. Not without violating rules in one way shape form or another.

2: Options->UI->Hide Map Overlay Mods.

I figured 1 would not have a fix, but thank you very much @bvanharjr for #2, that made a huge difference for me personally.
