Elereon crafting "- x mana cost of channeling skills" on ring and amulets

Hi,
In order to get that recipe for the crafting bench, is my only option to farm Elreon until he drops a ring or amulet with a veiled mod ? Because it's going to take forever. Last bumped on Dec 27, 2022, 12:41:48 PM
