In [3.19] pob community fork the decreased chaosresistances were counted in for minionskills like HoAg too against poisoned mobs. Since [3.20] in pob-community-fork the damage-buff is not added.

Does anybobody know and can help if the buff is still valuable for minions too when you poisoned the mobs?
