Unveil Bug

I've tried 4 times to unveil "Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill, with a 4 second Cooldown Spells Triggered this way have 150% more Cost" from a dagger, and every time I get a "The Operation could not be completed" error

The error message is basically just visual.

It still unveils the mod onto the item, and still unlocks the craft on your bench.

Only the 8-second trigger is displayed. I've already failed to unveil the 4 seconds 3 times. So frustrating.

The 4-second version is the Veiled mod. It's drop-only. (Or acquired from Veiled Chaos or Rank 4 Aisling in Research)

The 8-second version is the best you can craft from the bench.

Pretty much all the veiled mods work like that.

For example, if you unveil Fire and Chaos Res, it will roll 16-20, but you can only craft up to 13-15.
